On June 21-22, 2018, two large events were held in Orlov oblast – Field Day of Orlova oblast and Schelkovo Agrokhim Field Day. The event featured a large exhibition of 20 companies with over 1000 units of agricultural machinery, which were presented during field demostration; a number of presentations and sample testing of agricultural produces; scientific conferences and other activities involving over 2000 attendees. Schelkovo Agrokhim Day was devoted to technologies in plant growing and certain results were shown based on Dubovitskoye field experience. The conference attracted representatives of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the Russian Academy of Science, scientific and research institutions from all over Russia, prominent agricultural scientists and farmers.The event program also included a wide entertainment and cultural performances.

The agency was responsible for the technical part of the event: main stage and multimedia equipment, temporary pavilions for conference area and catering, catering services for over 500 guests, promotion staff, entertainment program.
